Pool heating is recommended between October – April. The cost is $112 per week.
Our house is available for stays of less than 5 nights! For these short breaks it is usual practice to charge the cleaning cost as an additional charge. Currently this is $110 per clean.
Security Deposit – we ask for a credit card payment of $500/$300 to be charged with your final payment. This provides funds for any damages/breakages that may occur. If it is not needed – it will be returned within 20 days after your holiday.
